I have lodged a complaint with your municipal lighting office regarding the large fixture above the city. It changes shape without notice and is switched off entirely about once a month. No schedule is posted. The counter issued a form and entered the matter under section four, lighting, municipal, which is where the fixture sits in their scheme. In mine it has sat under another heading for longer than the city has had a counter. The clerk could not transcribe my name and recorded that instead. The form asks the complainant to attach the shape observed tonight, from the window. I have left the field open. Reply within thirty working days. I have waited longer for less.
